By a good friend

I recently came across a nice and concise poem on the Qur’an. It’s really short (less than 10 abyaat) – took me about 15 minutes or so to memorise. I am sure it will take you 10 minutes!

و بعد فاعلم أن علم القرءان ** أجمل ما به تحلى الانسان

و خير ما علمه و علمه ** و استعمل الفكر له و فهمه

و جاء فى الحديث أن المهرة ** فى علمه مع الكرام السفرة

و جاء عن نبينا الاواه ** حملة القرءان أهل الله

It’s slightly different to what the Shaykh recites. I like the Shaykh’s one better – Bararah fits better than safarah!
